How was your weekend? Any good birds? Don’t be shy… tell us about your best bird!

My best bird of the weekend was a Brown Creeper on a tree outside my kitchen window. Corey’s best birds were Cattle Egret and Black-legged Kittiwake, the former a year state bird and the latter a year bird and an all-time Queens bird for him. You know he’s psyched! Charlie was too busy organizing the announcement of the new 10,000 Birds Conservation Club to even look out the window, but he definitely deserves a pass on account of his Herculean efforts.

What was your best bird of the weekend? Tell us about the rarest, loveliest, or most fascinating bird you observed in the comments section. If you’ve blogged about your weekend experience, we invite you to include the link in your comment.
