Here are a couple of ecosystem carnivals worth a visit. Carnival of the Arid #2 is up at Coyote Crossing while Carnival of the Blue #22 (historically, oceans appeared well before deserts) can be found at the inimitable Malaria, Bedbugs, Sea Lice, and Sunsets.
