Sure, everyone thinks that Angry Birds is the time-suckingest, productivity-killingest, time wastingest thing out there but nothing beats an actual bird, especially if it is a hawk or an eagle, showing up outside the workplace. Just ask palantir, a diarist at Daily Kos.

A raptor that close screams to be noticed, appreciated, admired and documented. And a tagged one at that. Huh.
Spent the afternoon today along the Detroit river watching the eagles hunt up and down the river for a meal.
Wonderful birds to watch, but can’t get very close to them.
