From the trailer, this looks, well, stupid. With humans and dogs as beaters, the Harris’s Hawks can’t fail. This isn’t sport and it isn’t entertaining. Insert wolf as prey, humans as beaters, and Sarah in a helo as predator. Arrrgh.
The shaking camera and zooming in and out for no reason and .5 seconds for each scene is very annoying. Reality television shows – and the aniamls shows are getting worse. The zooming, split second scenes, and the spinning of the camera were making me queasy while watching the show. If it is a regular series, I’d like to watch it, because there are none dedicated to birds only. However, if they’re all the over the top taping/editing, I can’t watch. It was dizzying to watch.
