Oh, but didn’t you read the article? It was all taken out of context.
Here’s a comment. I found an excerpt of one of their videos on YouTube that uses a song by the band Bush. Bush’s singer, Gavin Rossdale, is well-known for his compassion toward animals and it seems unlikely that the band would sanction such use of their music.
If anyone has access to the other Foiles videos, it might be worthwhile to note what music they use and to inform those bands. Chances are they did not obtain the rights to use the music and legal action could ensue (no pun intended).
