DO MOCKINGBIRDS MIGRATE?
BurlingtonFreePress is digging deep Corey. I, an American birder, like squirrels and they must sense that because they never attack me.
I’m perfectly happy to share our feeder with the squirrels. In fact, one recently moved into the birdhouse above our deck. Cute as a button!
One harsh winter, a squirrel broke into my apartment. He ripped open the screen on the window by the fire escape and waltzed in. I was pretty scared. Squirrels are not cute when they are running around your home.
