Where Are You Birding This Second Weekend of May 2016?

Have big plans this weekend? You do now… nothing could be bigger than a Global Big Day! Last year, 14,000 people from 135 countries took part in the Global Big Day. This year, participation is simple: go birding and then submit your data to eBird. You were going to do that anyway, weren’t you? Check out the dedicated eBird page for specifics and be sure to broadcast your Global Big Day birding on social media using the hashtag #GBD2016.

Obviously, both Corey and I–and probably everyone else on the 10,000 Birds team–will be birding this weekend in our adjacent areas. How about you? Where will you be this weekend and will you be birding? Share your plans in the comments below.
