Well, I certainly shall take this up to the large office n my department that hosts numerous herpetologists and ornithologists. Should make for an interesting morning coffee.
Another case of how the paraphyletic inferiority complex manifests in angry outbursts against the phylogenetically correct crowd. Herpers and birders unite! Show some love to the root node.
