A grounded cargo vessel wrecked on Nightingale Island, which is part of the Tristan da Cunha archipelago in the South Atlantic. Consequently, a spill of both fuel and heavy crude oil now threatens island wildlife, including nearly half of the world population of endangered Northern Rockhopper Penguin. If there is any good news, it may be that the Inaccessible Island Rail is probably safe by dint of being inaccessible!

well, hopefully, no rat was able to reach shore from the wrecked ship. I wonder why the captain chose this route to Singapore? Tristan da Cunha and Nigthingale should be far away from the shipping lane. And then I would like to know, why he directly moved into the rocks. Must have been an idiot or drunken…
