Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with the killing of 24 geese and ducks in two parks in Concord, California (the original 10,000 Birds post about this can be found here). It is unclear why the numbers have been changed from the 28 birds reported in the original article.

The suspect is not being identified because of his age.  Here’s hoping he gets the help that he needs.
