How cool is this? Adventures with Birdman: Ecuador-Jocotoco Antpitta has been chosen as an official selection of the 2010 Going Green Film Festival, one of only 30 out of more than 500 film submissions. If you’ll be in the Beverly Hills area from April 2–4, you should consider supporting Birdman Tim Barksdale and the inclusion of a birding flick in the festival.

It’s excellent, and Tim Barksdale is brilliant. See it if you possibly can.
Tim is brilliant and a friend. He HAS stayed at the House.
Clare, you’re just rubbing it in that I never got a chance to stay in the House.
Perhaps Mike, but even if it isn’t THE House, you’re welcome to come, visit and stay at my house anytime. The Ivory Gulls await.
He’s got a Facebook fan page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Adventures-with-Birdman/103737717428 and I found this clip too: http://vimeo.com/birdmantv
Tim shot the bulk of the birds for my documentary, “Opposable Chums: Guts & Glory at The World Series of Birding.” I’d call him a genius. And the Antpitta film described above is really the pilot of an exciting TV series. Go, man, go!
