Internal Memo – Q1 Strategy Review
Following the Q4 Recalibration Workshop, the Executive Steering Committee has finalized the updated Mission Statement:
“To deliver scalable disenchantment solutions across avian verticals.”
To operationalize this vision, the Committee has adopted a three-pillar strategy:
- Lean into existential ambiguity.
- Monetize mild despair.
- Expand into underserved segments (shorebirds, failed migrants, pigeons in mid-career transition).
Recent market research indicates that birds respond positively to large fonts, bleak truths, and the absence of actionable guidance. Early engagement metrics remain within our projected disappointment range.
