Please make sure that when you discard the plastic that binds six-packs of beverages together that you cut the loops open, otherwise you force ducks to rescue each other. And there are only so many hero ducks.

We don’t have those plastic 6 rings here any more. We have seen goannas and other lizards with their heads stuck in them in the past. Drinks now come in a cardboard wrap. It would at least disintegrate back into the environment when it gets dumped.
@Claire & gramtllnt : that is a much better alternative. For that, the companies will news to agree to changing their packing method..
