Summertime is still hanging on in the Northern Hemisphere, even in some of our uppermost latitudes. Birds are on the move, filtering through green, leafy trees. Get out there and see them!

I’m considering my options for this weekend, as I don’t want to waste such a special time of year.  Corey, as is his wont, will be ON A BOAT (cue the SNL classic) on Sunday. How about you? Where will you be this weekend and will you be birding? Share your plans in the comments below.

Whatever your plans this weekend, make time to enjoy SkyWatch Friday. Also be sure to come back Monday to share your best bird of the weekend!

Can you even imagine seeing South Africa’s Cape Wildflower Spectacle in person?
(Adam Riley’s epic photos are the next best thing to being there!)
