I just upgraded my Google One subscription and got asked to try its image generator. My prompt: “Please create an image with a slightly stylized Fairy Pitta saying, ‘Do you want to write for 10,000 Birds?'”

Kai has been living in Shanghai for 21 years. He only became interested in birds in China – so he is much more familiar with birds in China than with those in Germany. Gemini still seems to be a bit confused about what exactly a Fairy Pitta looks like. And I still seem to be confused about how much of the featured photo of each post is cut off. Maybe we will both learn as time goes by.
Asked Gemini to provide the image in landscape format. Pitta still does not look real though …
