A groundbreaking lawsuit has been filed in Ontario, in which the owner of a trio of office buildings that are particularly dangerous to migrating birds (over 7,000 documented dead birds in the last decade) is being sued for failing to prevent the carnage. Here’s hoping that Ecojustice and Ontario Nature have success and that other building owners do the right thing and prevent bird deaths without being sued!
