A groundbreaking lawsuit has been filed in Ontario, in which the owner of a trio of office buildings that are particularly dangerous to migrating birds (over 7,000 documented dead birds in the last decade) is being sued for failing to prevent the carnage. ¬†Here’s hoping that Ecojustice and Ontario Nature have success and that other building owners do the right thing and prevent bird deaths without being sued!
