Tasmania was the place where I mentally became an actual birder 24 years ago. ? Only saw the Green Rosella out of those three, however…
My trip to Australia and Tasmania was my first after the fall of the Berlin Wall and the reunification of Germany. I spent three months hitchhiking through Australia and Tasmania, helping rangers in national parks, and had unforgettable observations and experiences.
